I thought my silver KP with silver DA Limiteds mounted was the nicest looking camera I had seen in a long, long time.

Until I saw a black one.

I’d love to put a silver DA 20-40 on my gunmetal K-3, but then my K-1 would be jealous

A silver, or chrome, full frame prime would be awesome.

You'll notice from my signature photo that I am true to my words; I use a silver FA 28-105mm on my {backup semi-retired} blue K-30.

My only non-black lens apart from black and chrome Takumars, is the K50/f1.2 that was re-anodised for me by dcshooter, who has I think sadly moved on from this forum. It now lives on my K2.

To reminisce the past, I would just have my body in silver. Everything else is black. Those film cameras were mean machines. Rrrrrrrrrr.

When my KP {rightmost camera in my signature photo} came a week after Black Friday last week, my wife at first continually mistook it for my "Super Program" {leftmost camera in my signature photo} .... there must not be that much difference between natural metal and polycabonate painted silver.
