judging from my experience

there is no carry over

I had excess posts in October but when the November contest started I had to post 10 new posts to qualify for the general raffled for November and then 100 posts to qualify for the November Grand Prize raffle

My experience was the same - in new month it resets.

Yes, we have to come up with at least 100 pithy new things to say every month to qualify for the Grand Prize raffle.

For some reason, I was able to enter the general raffle right off the bat. Even with no posts in November.

Although I can't win again I just broke 300 posts a day or so ago......so its doable without spamming! 66 more to go to break 400!!
