It does not make any sense to compare 2 cameras when one is a FF and the other one an APSC...
Why not? I have to choose whether to get an camera which happens to be “APS” or one that happens to be “FF”.

I have set the upper limit on ISO at 12800 on my KP.. That is high enough for me, and good enough for me.

Wow, that's high.
Up to know i am extremely pleased with Iso 3200 rendering, especially once post-processed by DxO Photolab / prime.

I don't have the KP, but I've been surprised how high I can go and be happy with my K-1 II, and I have to chalk it up to the accelerator unit. For all the debate on loss of detail, I'm finding the real world results quite pleasing.
