“Is it going to be better than the D90?”
"Ha! The D90 is childs play. This will have the image quality of a Hasselblad, the cost of a Canon point-and-shoot you'd find at WalMart, and features Luke Skywalker couldn't imagine. Except that we've been told Pentax is going out of business next Tuesday.”
Well, if it's going to be the Internet, it would be more like...
"Click here to see the top 10 reasons the new Pentax will crush the D500 in <wherever your ISP is located>"
With a picture of a woman who has nothing to do with anything related to Pentax.
<click>
"Your copy of Adobe Flash is out of date, click on this completely innocent popup to get an update from a site that might have the word adobe in it somewhere..."
And if there wasn't an active malware Javascript running on the page, the "article" would be mostly auto-written from some generic text about SLRs, ca 2010, some of it wrong, with a few new tidbits collected from random places that may have nothing to do with the new camera...
"1) Most modern DSLRs, like the new Pentax, use CMOS chips, which stands for 'Completely Modern Operating System', and many of them can make movies with up to 720p resolutions, like the new Pentax K7."
Maybe I'm just cynical...
