Should come with a little "leash" to attach around the viewfinder eyepiece. Then it would be held captive when off the hotshoe. Wouldn't be difficult to rig up using sewing thread.

Neat looking accessory.

I was going to say that I'd put it on my "Super Program" that seldom gets used, but if I be honest I'll ask @Adam to draw another number and let chance allocate it to someone who truly wants one {of course, if chance works against me, it might end up in the possession who'll just sell it on eBay}.

IMO, I don't think they should send it here in the Philippines. I doubt if there'll be anyone who'll buy it at that price. It would be nice to have one though.

They probably allocated only a couple for the entire Western Hemisphere, so I wouldn't be surprised - based on the reaction here - if they sold out almost immediately.

Neither have I. If the Americas are following what seems to be the trend for Europe it won't be offered until a few of the 100 Years events have opened in the Americas.
