Ricoh WG-6 and G900 firmware updates + DC Software II update
Ricoh released firmware update version 1.02 for the WG-6 camera.

  • DL-20 (Ver. 1.0.1) - sends files to PC with USB connected
  • EX2 (Ver. 1.0.3) - change file name based on memo data
  • LE2 (Ver. 1.0.2) - create camera memos
  • ME2 (Ver. 1.0.1.0) - view and manage files with camera memos
  • ST-20 (Ver. 1.0.0) - wireless LAN setting for G900SE, G800SE and G700SE
  • SR-20 (Ver. 1.0.1) - FTP server for G900SE, G800SE and G700SE

Most of the firmware updates listed here have the line "improved stability for general performance" in them.
I learned many years ago that the most stable software undergoes few changes - making changes may correct some causes of instability, but it invariably contains news sources of instability.

No, I was just commenting on something I noticed.
I would want to know more before I would spend my cash on one of these cameras.

I'm really hoping for RAW support in a future firmware update. I'll pull the trigger on a purchase if they add that.
