Removing the flippy screen from the design draft was the only solution they found to keep the price under 10000€

I would probably use the money to go on a month-long trip somewhere cool. I'd rather spend on finding interesting subjects than gear
If I could afford a Leica, it means I hit the lottery in a big way so could afford the 645z and travel at will!

10,000 Euros? Wow, maybe a 100 megapickle sensor at that price!

Hopefully they surprise me.
Something like the new camera model will have a small bird overlay in the VF, you have to align the real bird with the bird overlay in VF and it will fire a burst , a feature called CBC (Canadian Bird Catch).

My bird keepers for the year to date would only include 96 keepers, I'm not sure that would help. My shooting habits seem to be changing.

Maybe Ricoh should add a built in bird call to make birds face the new camera

They might attack the camera.

Maybe that’s why Canon makes all their big lenses in white

They could make a little plastic bird that fits in the hot shoe as a lure...

Or combine it with the bird call for the best of both worlds...

And the Sony people wouldn’t be able to use it without an expensive adapter...

Nobody else in the field would have one

Considering the cable release is $175 and the battery grip is $995, a flippy screen would have been at least a couple thousand extra

For those prices I basically got a used K-1 with 28-105!

Haven't you seen those birding photos where the bird is perched on the camera while the photographer is looking through the viewfinder and sees nothing.

The brand name has a real placebo effect on how good the photos look. I was once comparing photos of different pools on flickr, and I was facinated by Leica photos until I realized I had selected the browser tab of the Canon camera pool.

Tess took one of those of me, although, I'm not sure I now where it might be.

So, the Ricoh CLiC still doesn't have an official date yet?
