New Pentax astro-photography video series on YouTube

Just watched the first of what looks like a whole series of new YouTube videos about the use of Pentax cameras in astro-photography, published on 10 November and created by CR Kennedy Imaging (the Pentax distributors in Australia). Useful and informative.

This is really neat! I think more professionally made videos explaining features of Pentax cameras are a good thing, since there just seems to be not much out there. That was a really good summary of the current lineup and some important features helpful for astrophotographers.

Cool. I'll definitely be keeping this series in mind. I enjoy trying my hand at astro and I'd love to learn more. Doesn't really help living in a massively light polluted area but I guess some light pollution filters or red enhancer filters might help a bit.

Thanks indeed for posting this, rawr. And good to see some marketing effort highlighting the remarkable astro capabilities of the Pentax system. Sooner or later, it seems, I will need to give astro a try too.

I can vouch for how good Pentax is for astrophotography. Almost all of my astrobin is Pentax.
