^ That and the 100 that becomes 101 at the end. Plus the cameras are partly different and in a different order. Plus there aren't any people anymore.

Actually, apart from the very beginning, the fade to black at the end and the 'music', the two videos are completely different.

100 years. The year counter doesn't advance until the next anniversary date is hit. You count the number of times the birth or anniversary dates have been reached.

If your 21st birthday is today 26 Nov 2019 how old do you say you are on the 27th? Twenty-one. Not until 26 Nov 2020 would you say you are 22 years old.

Consider - the 19th year of the 21st century started 1 Jan 2019 and ends 31 Dec 2019. It isn't the 20th year until 1 Jan 2020. It won't be the 21st year until 1 Jan 2021.

A year is a year - 365 day or 366 if there is a leap year between - no more, no less.
