I prefer the Zeiss 85 Milvus': rugged all metal build, silky manual focus and exaggerated focus throw, IQ, and 77mm filters (this Pentax takes 82mm filters).
Actually, FW, I think someone posted the MTF curves showing this thing beats the Zeiss Otus, which is $5000 or whatever.
Would make this arguably the greatest portrait lens in the world in any brand. With autofocus, too!
I think Monochrome watched a video on its design, where the engineers studied the Canon/Nikon, then the Otus, and found flaws. They ended up being radically different, with a concave front element.
Reckon it could produce some stunning photos for your <f2 collection!
