No, at least not yet.
I presume Sigma need a certain 'critical mass' of Canon RF and Nikon Z cameras in the field to make the game worth the candle, i.e. to be able to recoup the R&D costs associated with a new mount plus the increased manufacturing costs stemming from an additional mount (more frequent tooling changes, more idle time).
To give you an idea, it took them
more than four years after the announcement of the first 24x36 mirrorless cameras in Sony E mount (Alpha 7 and Alpha 7R, October 2013) to announce their first 24x36 E-mount lenses (nine Art SLR lenses adapted to E mount; February 2018) and 17 more months to announce their first 24x36 lenses specifically developed for mirrorless mounts (three DG DN lenses, July 2019).
This, even though Sony license the protocols of the E mount, therefore no retro-engineering is required.
The first Canon RF (EOS R) and Nikon Z (Z 6 and Z 7) cameras were announced in September 2018, a bit more than two years ago.
