Looks like they'll be releasing a silver K-1mkII, and releasing both black and silver K-new.

OVF is not only larger, it's about 10% brighter. I was hoping for "managed to keep the same brightness", got a happy surprise!

More importantly: the 21 Limited looks fairly compact!

Dual SD card slots, but no indication if they can use UHS-II for greater speed. Not a lot there that we didn't suspect or know already. It's good that they will be issuing a silver version. I have the original silver K-3 and the finish is a very good match for the silver Limiteds.

The OVF was stated to be 1.05 magnification as well as 10% brighter. Re-engineered in new materials and updated design to achieve this

There is a version with english subtitles available

They didn't reveal anything new though. Talked about handling, ovf and shutter. Revealed a renewed focus on silver I'm not to happy about this pandering to collectors I have to say. It's one danger with the recently articulated strategy. It can go off in the jewellery and collectors direction, unfortunately this video suggests that's indeed the case.

I don’t get the rationale behind those video interviews.

Very lengthy, not translated into English except subtitles, no clear specification sheets and no ETA for the new products.

Let’s wait for some more serious material.

The whole imaging processing engine has been redesigned The DFA*'s in Silver look kinda funky. Perhaps a way of determining which lens are Pentax only in the future :P (right, that was a joke, tongue in cheek before someone kicks off) I am amazed he didn't put the K-1 & 21 Limited to his eye when it was handed to him

Anyone who doesn't care about or understand what the videos are for or think that they are not good enough - go stand in the corner - Pentax has given us insight into their engineering team, that rarely happens.

They claim it is the most advanced APS-C camera on the market.. I wonder what the AF points are and what improvements were made to focus tracking.
Very exciting!

It is a serious tease to create hype, and drip feed info while doing it.

I am enjoying it because I recognise the process

I like the prism cover shape; without the forward bulge of current and past models. Silver? I don't know - maybe if it was a chromed brass top rather than paint, hang the extra weight!
