Yes, it is in the title , I read what I wanted to and glossed over this, thinking as I was it would be like the 100 year presentations of something. I will pay attention next time.

Honestly, I didn't cotton on to the "1-2-1" part until after I'd registered I thought it would be a group session, and I'm kind of surprised they're doing it this way. You'd think small groups of half a dozen would be just as useful, and certainly more efficient. It makes more sense now, though, why they asked for details of the cameras and lenses each participant uses... I imagine they're tailoring each session to promote products the participant might want to purchase next.

They're one-to-one presentations tailored to the individual rather than group sessions, so I guess that's why spaces were filled so quickly

I didn't get the slot I wanted, but was offered Thursday 17th of December 15:00 - 15:45, which I've accepted. Given the obvious demand - which I suspect has taken Ricoh a little by surprise - I'll be amazed if they don't offer additional dates...

LOL They'd have to convince SRS to offer me an attractive trade-in for my K-3II and DA*60-250 If I buy the K-3III any time in the next couple of years, that's what I'd be selling (as a minimum) to part-fund the purchase...

At the moment, Chuck, I believe it's just for SRS Microsystems' UK customers - so both dealer and country specific. I think it's fair to say that SRS is the UK's biggest and most prominent Pentax dealer, so this probably represents both a sales push by Ricoh and a "thank you" to SRS for their previous and continued Pentax sales efforts...
