A much better site, clearer, easier to navigate and better looking.

The fact that the Pentax Store is totally divorced from the main site is odd. One should be able to click on an item in the main site and buy it immediately. (Not that anyone intheir right mind would buy a camera directly from here, but...) Instead one has to navigate through a separate site just to get to where one was already in the main one.

What photos? I've been to the lenses page and the cameras page, but I haven't gotten any attack. Perhaps a way to recreate the problem would be helpful?

The new website certainly looks nice. But there are something about it which should address I think.

1. DA*1650 lens photo as DA*200's icon? A mistake for sure.
2. Lens spec only has Oz and Inch units, no gram or mm, hard for us non-US guys

3. Only four FA lenses available? What happened w/ FA20-35, FA35, and those order-to-make lenses? And I'm guessing the FAJs are all gone too?

Oh well, it's good to have a new look, isn't it

Has anyone found the link on the site where you can check the status of a repair?

I just looked after getting the information I needed directly from Pentax but couldnt find the page to enter in the usual Repair# and PIN#. Anyone else find it?

The old site wasn't horrible, but the updated one is much easier to navigate through.

personally I preferred pentaxslr.com, they should have used that as the main site and just added to it, it was clean simple, effective. oh well, either way its still beter than the old one.
