But the 12mm has about the same bulbous front lens.
Look at the different dimensions:

12mm f2.8 = 75 x 83
15mm shift = 79 x103

Full lens exif metadata supported?
I doubt that, all shift lenses I've seen are purely mechanical, especially since the aperture usually is after the shifting section.

Delays are a bummer, but at least they’re keeping you informed

Yes, I'm very interested in this, also in comparison to the DA 15mm Ltd

---------- Post added 04-26-2021 at 02:36 PM ----------

But how does this lens deal with flare etc? Can't use a hood on this one either. The FF Pentax-M 4/20mm is said to control flare very well (I have the lens but yet to develop the film results and as I'm abroad, that's not going to happen any time soon)

I‘m also interested in hearing more about how this lens performs on our Pentax cameras!

Not sure if someone mentioned this article on fstoppers ...

15mm is *very* wide for shift. In my experience you get away with less wide lenses because shift allows for more efficient use of fov. Would be interesting to see if anyone takes real architecture photographs with such a wide lens. I know canon has a very wide one but not this wide right?

I think Canon has a 17mm, Nikon 19mm tilt-shift. 15 is very wide on FF but for APC only a little bit wider than a 24mm on FF.

So IMO could be very interesting if you shoot both formats. A comparison with Rokinon/Samyang 24 T/S that of course shows narrower width also would be interesting. I don‘t know if there are other Shift or Tilt-Sift lenses for K-Mount availlable new. I‘d not count Pentax 28 Shift by example.

I would actually like to use such a lens for architecture, as in taking photographs of buildings... The 20mm is far too narrow most of the time
