Personally, I prefer my bling to be in front of the K-mount, and the AOCo logo to be on the pentaprism

I'm a huge fan of K-30 design aesthetics, and I can say that those looks nice to my taste Sad there is no more any "Stormtrooper" edition of Pentax cameras color scheme, those ware my favorite.

What's that lens like to use Sandy?

You can tell they were styled by the same person who did the K-30 and the WG series compacts.

Note the little AOCO logo inlaid in the grip.

Also, all that business on top of the prism is going to be removable. If it is like the KP J-Limited, there may be an AOCO logo underneath.

J does not stand for Japan in this case. It is supposed to stand for Joker (in a pack of cards). However, the KP J was only ever sold in Japan. So zapp's eyes will probably be spared from ever seeing one in real life.

Actually, without the hunchback monstrosity on the top, a couple of those don't look too bad.

Hmmm - definitely not for me, but if makes them more popular in Japan, that's all good

I like that Black&Gold, not so sure about the 'hat' on the top, but rest of it, yes. Not sure IF I'd pay that kind of money ofr it, but it is for collectors propably..?

Right; I like some of the color things they did - the gunmetal versions, for example, or the special editions GR IIIs (both Street Edition and the green one) - but those are not to my taste.
Not everything has to be.

Other than the prism cover thing, those look pretty good to me. I especially like the rubber grip material with the dimpled pattern.

It's amazing the effect that has on how you (I?) see the camera - it immediately looks like an old classic camera

I like the patterned grip. I hate the bottom red of the grip. The prism is meh but the AOCO is yummy !!
The japanese cars put things into perspective IMO

The color choices were good though. A pity.

The LX75 (gunmetal?) one looks gorgeous once you remove the fleet-carrier-sized prism overhang [someone slap a silver Limited on it please?], and the viridian one is also very interesting, IMO.

Easy, if you know the right person
I also have one on my KP, 645Z, and the other K-1, with a few spares for future bodies....

Certainly looks the goods. The Daguerreotype was the same. Maybe I'd be better served by something in the 20mm range 😀

Yeah, I have that too. Not an easy lens, but still a keeper.
