Yes, I noticed that, and no it does not explain why they did not take the time to make such a small update as to change "2017 or later" to 18/19/20/21 which was the point I was making.

If “before” means “above”, that's true for the all-inclusive K-mount map. But for the FF map, it's “below”. Making things fit the map I'd say.
