The truth is probably that they will announce the specs next week, scheduling release for April 23rd.

That shouldn't have to stop them from releasing the camera in Japan (or probably the US), no?

My brother did send me an image of the container ship in the Suez Channel still shipping.

Text was saying: Matroze to the Captain: "I bet you can not turn here". Captain: "Would you mind holding my beer."

It's Philippines. This doesn't change anything for you, but the shipments to Europe, oops!

Air freight would be the most logical mode of distribution especially for the initial rollout.

That's actually interesting - something I've never thought about, but it will have an impact on cost structures and margins at different stages of product cycle.

That's obviously the case, as i already mentionned.

In Norway we have a liquer called Linie Aquavit. It's aged on oak casks transported on ships that cross the equator line (linie) twice before it's bottled and put on the market. Maybe they are doing the same with the K-3 III?

Have you seen the pictures of the DA*1650? It's not a small lens. Looks comparable to DA*1118 to me. Different but comparable.
Hm, time concentrate on zooms for DA and concentrate on *-primes for DFA. DA* super-wide and standard zooms look great. DFA 24-70 looks aged in comparison.
