it'll take a month before it shows up here. Pentax, exceedingly good at teaching patience. Now that I've said it watch, I'll have to eat it.

The cost compared to other offerings is something to consider, but I'm not getting hung up on it. The system is very nice, really happy to stick with it. (Actually I'm a multi system guy, but lot of pentax glass)

The K1 ii is / was $3.264 before the 15% off came along so $400 dearer than the K 3 iii when the sale finishes

Ah, I see. Either there'd been a price rise since the K-1ii was released, or I was thinking of the K-1 initial price. Whichever it was, that all suggests there's going to be a substantial price hike for the K-1ii replacement.
