More than $1000. I think the K-3ii was about $A1400 at its launch in 2015.

JUST TO PUT IT IN CONTEXT.

When I purchased my D*ist with battery grip way back in the long ago (2003) it cost me just on $3000.00 AUD. and a 512mb CF card was a few hundred as well.

The price of this camera does not surprise, nor has it put me off. Roll on 30/4..

Once again you guys and gals have a better price than here in the UK - you're getting it for about $620 LESS than what we are being asked to pay!

i was just informed that Premium Black kit is confirmed ( my super 1st APR deal ) but ETA is not.
Other three kits are still due on 30APR but the Black Premium is not.

That is because Europeans are richer than ....! No, just kidding, in Europe these kind of things are always more expensive, but that is due to the longer warranty period and the fact that in the European union manufacturers/sellers are also responsible for their product if it is malfunctioning within the period that one must expect that the product functions as described. So for a K-3 II the EOL was three years after introducing the camera, you may expect the K-3 III to be functioning for at least the same period without any flaws.

yes I'd love one of these, but not at that price, have to look at the second hand market in maybe 2 years, maybe a second hand K-3 II in the meantime.
