Image Resource Comparomenter: a corollary to the Mark DXO thread

Imaging Resource "Comparometer" Digital Camera Image Comparison Page

Comparing the ISO 100 on K10D to the K20D is pretty stark. It's pretty stark no matter what dSLR you pick -- especially anything sub 1k.

It's also interesting to see how little a few more megapixels add.

Odd -- I only see the K200D and K20D in the list for Pentax DSLRs.

At the top by the lists are a pair of links, where it says: Display Current | All Cameras.

Click on the word All.

I dont understand your point. These are all JPEG comparisons so how relevant is this to RAW data comparisons? Compared to the K10, the K20 seems to have more details and fewer blown highlights but a stronger tone curve (which is true by default). What were you expecting?

I used that page back in the summer of 2007 to decide the K10D was the one for me. Fantastic resource there! Reminds me, I promised to donate to the owner of the site in a quick e-mail exchange with him back then to thank him. I'd forgotten to. will have to do that this weekend! Thanx for the reminder konra.
