Nice!!!

I noticed that focus peaking mode (Extract edge) during my first examination of K-3 III and was wondered about its usability, but now I see this is good feature.

Guys, KP already has this feature. It is very useful. You can easily switch between Highlight Edge and Extract Edge with the third (S.Fn) roller.

KP does have several features not seen before in K-3 or K-3 II.

Someone wake me up.
I'm dreaming Ricoh spent money on an advertorial and, here is where it gets even crazier, it runs on DPReview TV.

I've got things to do, so if someone could wake me up, it would be appreciated.

P.S.: This beats all ambassador videos by a country mile.

I am right, that on K-1 it is not possible to switch between Highlight Edge and Extract Edge? Would be a nice firmwareupdate feature!

If there is the Extract Edge function, then you can switch. But you cannot switch it by using the third roller - KP can customize 3 positions there.

Wow, English advert, that is... weird? Is Pentax going Olympus way and will bankrupt because it is spending too much money on advertising.

Doom, I say. Doom!

But seriously, this was very good video, better then most of ambassador videos. I would say that Navez and perhaps Akagi videos were close to this one (Akagi with the grandpa talikng about his camera style - was cool for me). But other then this, Pentax would be better if he made two videos like this, then all the "Impressions".

Oh, this focus peaking solution is really cool! Haven't seen this on Panasonic or Fuji, and the Fuji peaking was particularly good.

From my KP experience, I would expect LV focusing to be used mostly when it is too dark to use OVF focusing.

If the K-3 III gets a great review dpreview are guns for hire. By slaughtering the K-3 III they can show their integrity and honesty!

I think it can be assigned to a function number and used from the back screen to select quickly.
