Hopefully promotions like this will become more common worldwide!

Might this be an indicator that profit margins for the K-3 III are doing better than all the hyper-mirrorless anti-DSLR fanboys thought?

Two things I observed:

1) the KP is discontinued. Odd to give it as a prize.

2) the contest never suggested this is limited to photographers in a particular region. Terms and conditions are very thinly described.

Japan, US, etc. happened in spring. Per Japanese Ricoh site it was discontinued- but perhaps Canada has stock still?

On Ricoh Imaging Japan's website:

That doesn't mean they sold every remaining sample. There might be some stock left, but we shouldn't expect restocking.

Lol, for me the only (probably) permitted lens for this contest is my DA-L 18-55mm lens (well they listed the DA version, but they are optically the same)
