Updated roadmap October 2021

Following the recent lens introductions... Here it is:
https://www.ricoh-imaging.co.jp/japan/products/lens/images/K_Mount_Lens.pdf

Well it is a bit sad, I was expecting the rumor mill could be re-ignited with one or a few new lenses in "2021 or later" section. But nothing new on the horizon, just the wide DFA* prime and the long DFA zoom.
Other than that, the dicsontinued lenses have well disappeared but the 1991 (!) FA 50 is still there alive and well.

Looks like a FF version of the 60-250 in the pipeline

Thanks... they're not displayed on my PC. But I've seen the roadmap anyway.

The Telephoto Zoom Lens has been on the roadmap for ages: since CP+ 2017 (February).

Anymore I fear the cost of whatever this large aperture something-around-30mm D-FA lens is going to be. $1500USD/1500Euro seems to be the sweet spot for Pentax primes lately.

If you are getting a DFA* 1.4/3x mm lens for $1500 you should be happy. It will probably be a couple hundred more and make the 3x/50/85 line of DFA* lenses completey.

With the 21ltd released, the roadmap got short. Maybe we can see more updates soon, along with replacements that typically do not show up on the roadmap.

I've already got 24mm and 28mm Sigma EX DG f1.8's so the $1500 cost isn't worth it to me. I'd like better glass but the Sigma stuff isn't bad. I guess I should be thankful on a number of things going on here as you've mentioned.

It looks a little sad without the DA 560. All that space to the right is completely empty.

Totally agree. The system looks quite incomplete without a long single-focus tele lens. I understand the common objection, that the 560 was sold in small numbers, but it would be important that the system includes even such kind of lenses for nature photography. I hope a similar lens (or a 600 f 5.6 ) will be reintroduced in the roadmap, at some point.

Hey, I hadn't noticed that. The DA 12–24 I kind of expected would fall away, but the DA 560, too?

It's far out of my range and budget, but I'll miss it, all the same. Kind of a wild "halo" product out there in long telephoto land.

A road map? I don't see any turn, only straight lines, all the way from 15mm to 450mm.

Lots of different routes: Limited, star, FA, DA, DFA, primes, zooms, ... Chart your own favourite path.
