I spotted an image of this new catalog in the Pentax Instagram page for the new 21mm lens, and tracked it down at the Ricoh Imaging Japanese-language site.

I don't know Japanese, but I can still enjoy the glorious content. Note the Pentax Statement on the last page.

I think a lot of the "I didn't know Pentax still made those" items have always been available in Japan, but not imported by other regions.

For example, the 1.7x AF teleconvertor hasn't been sold by USA dealers for ages (pre-Hoya ownership of Pentax?) even though many EBay listings have it new from Japan.

They might still have one or two sets in a warehouse IMO (joking).
Seriously, I think those are auto BUT AFAIK; they never produced any KA (let alone KAF2) compatible tubes.

EDIT: those are manual tubes.

Looking at KMP, :
* 9.5, 19, 28.5 mm tubes set are manual
* 12, 19, 26 mm tubes set is auto

I see they have the Image Transmitter 2 disc listed. So that means they either aren't exporting it or the overseas dealers just aren't selling it.

I recently purchased it from B&H. I was surprised to see it listed on their site---had only seen it on eBay. It took them a while to actually get it (erroneously shown as "in stock"), but they did finally get it and shipped to me on June 9th.
