History Video Won't Have All Cameras

I have it on good authority, but still a rumor, that the History of Pentax video releasing in the upcoming weeks by PentaxTips won't include footage of every Pentax camera body available...

They are still missing footage of:
Asahiflex 'I'
Asahiflex 'Ia'
Asahiflex 'IIa'
Pentax 67
Pentax Z-5
Pentax Z-70p

I've heard they have 6 hours of unedited footage, covering more than 100 Pentax camera bodies, so far (see picture below).
A couple contributors have vouched for some other cameras not listed, I bet those will come in soon too.

However, will they get all the bodies? Who knows?
Will they have to use a screen shot?

Have one of those cameras? Want to contribute some footage?
We are looking for ~1 minute of footage just displaying the body, please PM me or see this link: here

I’m surprised no-one with a 6x7 has offered help, but maybe a note in the Medium Format forums might attract some attention.

OK, I wasn’t being very discerning there, obviously. I hope you find someone to fill the gap, nonetheless.

I wonder if Pentax head office has a museum containing all previous cameras.

Looking in the correct forum is a good tip - I should extend a post there too.
Thanks

Hello,

Not sure if you have both but the Asahiflex IIb had 2 different models: Model I and Model II.
The model I looks similar to the Ia but with updated flash ports. Model 2 has a round cover where the IIa has the added low shutter speed dial.
I have a IIb Model I (Tower 23) if you need it.

Thanks,
Ismael

If I understand correctly, I might have the same one as you already (with the round cover).
At any rate, you've managed to encourage me to make a teaser video:

This the same one as yours?
Thanks in any case for the history details.

Hello,

That's a model II (1955-1957). Mine is a Model I (1954-1955) without the round cover.

Every great story has a beginning: Asahiflex (Tower 23) - PentaxForums.com

Let me know if I can help.

Thanks,
Ismael

Would love to include it! Especially a Tower model - I don't have one of those yet! I will PM you.
Thanks!

Haha embarrassingly I haven’t filmed my own K-3 Mark III for this history video yet. But will soon

The K-S1 and K-1 II are promised by other contributors, but I haven’t received yet..

I only have Pentax 67II cameras, there are distinctly visible differences between the classic 67 and 67II.

I have it on good authority that @fozzfoster makes cracking videos. That is a bonkers list. Are you going to split them down or will it be something requiring an intermission, with ice creams and everything
