Yes, but only if the street price is below the 2.5K€ mark and provided that the performance leap is at least as big a between the K10D and K20D.

My shopping list for 2009 has alreay a gitzo traveller tripod and a 60-250 f/4. If Pentax release a FF body in 2009 (and I would expect late 2009 with the Sony sensor) it has to be a really good alpha900 / D700 class FF at aggressive pricing.

I really mean that....

I'm not talking about K1D which is upper class,
I want alpha900/D700 class FF at aggressive pricing.

  • ( No, I think I'll never go Full Frame. ) Most of my lenses are DA lenses.
  • ( Yes, where can I pre-order? ) Most of my lenses are A or FA lenses.

Yes, I would buy it if it would be available in 2009. But no, I do not think that will happen. Not in 2009.

I can't vote on this poll because while I would buy one, I couldn't do it at this time.

Depends on the price and how the upcoming Pentax cropped-sensor viewfinders compare. Also depends on how much better ISO and dynamic range.

Yea it really depends on the price. I would buy one if it was around $2,500. I just recently bought the K20D and I am very happy with it.
