Nah, the color of a body really doesn't matter unless maybe you're standing still in extreme hot conditions. Makes sense for a big lens that might be sitting out on a tripod, but for the most part, it's just not a concern. If the camera would cook cause of the color, it shouldn't be sitting exposed.
The real reason for the silver finish on old cameras is cause it was chrome on metal and would wear like iron and stay looking nice, at the expense of being more conspicuous and a bit heavier.
Really does tend to just look cheap when they fake it on a plastic camera, though. (That K200 there doesn't look half bad with the silver lens on there, though) Some cameras look pretty nice in silver, though, come down to a choice, I'd prefer basic black or something similarly not-attention-grabbing.
(I do rather like some of the Voigtlander RFs in olive or grey, and I bet a khaki/sand colored camera could look pretty neat, if you were worried about the sun.
