New 20mm f3.5

Looks like Voigtlander have a new lens - a 20mm f3.5 in pentax K mount.

SL-IISeries Lens

seems they are doing more to keep pentax alive than pentax.

A very interesting lens, I wonder how it compares with the 21mm Limited.
But, I fail to see how having 3 lenses in total is any better than launching 3 lenses in the first half of the year, in addition to the over 20 from the current range.

the lens hood looks pretty useless.. Voigtlander(cosina) lenses aren't exactly the most flare tolerant of the crop, Sigma aren't much better. But at least they are introducing something interesting. Voigtlander glass on my range finder has a distinctive look that Leica lenses don't have. Especially the 35mm f/1.2, and from what I have seen Voigtlander are maintaining that look. kudos

the difference between the two is most likely zero

until you put the voigtlander on a film camera and realize that you dont get a nice circle in your view finder
