If that really is the WendyB here, I'm not surprised to see her upsell the lens as "rare".

Yep, you see what you see. Quite a few people that I knew for years, or should I say decades, shooting Pentax decided to switch system after this PMA announcements. I think both Canon and Nikon should award Pentax management or public relations department for bringing in more sales to Canon and Nikon.
