It's... Kind of in Japanese.

I do think Lumix deserves the points for pretty, though.

What the heck does operation cover, is that like a blanket description?

btw thanks for those Japanese stats, it's great seeing what other "locals" use/like/etc.

Maybe operation means % of people that actually use the camera to take pictures instead of putting it in a glass container, cleaning it with a rag once in a while, feeling good about themselves for their excellent purchase?

I think the operation here means usability. Sorry for any unclear translation

Operation stands for ease of use, ergonomics, etc.

IMO, I agree. You can't beat Pentax for ergos.

But its not a dSLR . . . it just has interchangeable lenses.

agreed. and its not surprising that such would go to Pentax. that has been a staple of Pentax for a VERY long time. 'Just hold an Asahi Pentax' indeed.

Well, I presume they're referring to the actual Lumix 4/3 DSLRs, since this bit refers to the DSLR category. I don't think they have done very well and may be going away, but the brand in general's got nice styling and appearance.

That maybe it but they have 1 dSLR listed compared to 3 micro 4/3s.
