Don't know about EXIF but it's right there on the photo, small white text near the top: Nikon D3.

Thanks, didn't see that...

Wow, the plot thickens!

What is the sensor size of this camera? What is the sensor's aspect ratio? What kind of video is it capable of? These and many other questions will be answered in the next episode of ... PentaSoap!

Beautiful. But much as I'm enjoying the strip tease, can we move on to the specs and release date?

I've been waiting/hoping that Pentax would come out with the k20d's successor -- with video -- because my first born is on the way and the grandparents are going to want more than stills.

Come on, Pentax. June 25th is the magic date.

New design and some retro style.
It's no doubt new top.
Pentax, well done!

It seems to me - body size is smaller than K20D and K200D.

Looks like the prism is the same size as the K20D - just without the sweeping lines.

edit: looking at it it looks like it could be a reasonably handsome camera. Need to see more angles.

I think it looks pretty good as well - the grip definitely seems to be much, much smaller in terms of thickness - compared to the K10/K20.

I honestly think the prism looks significantly taller, but it could just be the angle of the picture.

The body is like film camera - more flat. Dial mode and belt's holes are like in film cameras too.

And the other cameras in this photo are K20D, X70 and K-m/K2000 in that order, right?

Yes it certainly looks taller in the picture but I am wondering if this is because the camera is that much smaller and more angular than the K20D. I'm not sure. The 'shoulders' seem lower on the new camera as well.

I think I am inclined to say its the same size as the K20D so I avoid disappointment!

It does look a lot more business like and serious in a good way. The curves of the others, whilst nice enough, make them look a little more toy-like - toy-like isn't the word really but hopefully you know what I mean!

Not quite. I am fairly sure that the middle one is a K200D.

The perspective is misleading because I think the new camera is actually further away than it appears.
