I think these leaks are deliberate. There are two announcement dates floating around at the moment. The 20 something of April and the 20 something of May. If the leaked photos were leaked on purpose then the 20 something of May seems a long way away.... These leaks have been very regular over the past few days...

If you want - buy Canon 5D Mk II or D3X and be happy!

This leaked photos coincided the announcement dates of the D5000 and 500D. Their purpose were obvious as night and day. I don't think Pentax will decide when the actual announcement is until they know about the Olympus m4/3 announcement date.

I believe you and I have different meanings for the word "pro".
The Nikon D300 is a pro-camera, to me.
The K20D is a pro-camera also.

The K200 (and obviously the K-2000) are more "general public" cameras, which have less "pro" features and feeling.

The K20D is definitely a pro DSLR, and of course the upcoming K30.
Therefore, it should look more like a Nikon D300, and less like my old P&S camera.

I never said it should be heavy.
Actually, The K20D weights MORE than the Nikon D90 (715g vs. 620g), but still the D90 looks much better in terms of "professional look".

You can make fun and decry as much as you want, but there are some situations where a "show-off" is necessary - and can actually make you money (e.g. making good impression on a potential customer).

Trying to make the camera "as small as possible!!!!!111oneone" is silly.
This is DSLR for crying out loud, not a MP3-Player.

And the flash seem to be alot longer and be able to go alot higher from the sensor than the one on k20d
And it looks like you just push the cover for the flash socket forvard instead of taking it of
Edit: after looking at the closeup It looks like the flash is smaller and a realy new desig

It could be a rear dial but it looks to stick out too far but that's the only thing I can think it is.

Damn, there are actually people who find the A900 attractive. I think it's FUGLY as hell.

I know this is subjective but please, don't mention this new Pentax cam looks like an A900 because it just might make a lot of people not buy one.

I don't see that A900 is similar to K-NEW.

I said actually attractive.

The reason I mentioned the A900 is that it has flat 'shoulders' and straight lines like this new camera, but is clearly bigger. That's all.
