I am not that satisfied with the result (because I still cannot read most of the text on the lens). Sometimes, the blur can be removed more satisfactory.
Since you ask:
I used FocusMagic which offers two kernels (point spread functions PSF), one for motion blur, another one for defocus blur. FocusMagic reverts a PSF by some sort of regularized deconvolution which consistently delivers better results than Photoshop Unsharp Masking. FocusMagic refuses to publish more technical details.
I applied a motion blur deconvolution which requires two parameters: angle and length (actually, there is a third parameter which can read 'forensic' but which I left at 'digital camera'
