Is the image saying a new camera will be released or announced o the 21st May?

If it's released then surely we should be seeing the new specs pretty soon.

They wouldn't be able to mount the DA35/2.8 in that case...

No. first of all, ogl stated that it was bad news for K10D and K20D owners...
Secondly, the answer is already given here:

You think the AF improvements will make the current SDM lenses focus and lock faster? The new 60-250 is looking pretty darn sweet.

I just saw pricing at 1500 euro
thats a FF price but in the picture its has a DA lens ? I hope it will go down quickly or that this camera will be really amazing

Is it possible that they find out a way to use DA lenses on a FF camera for instance via shifting the sensor back and forth?
I can get larger images from my video projector by moving the screen ahead.

Well it seems so far the only way they know to improve AF is to make the AF motor more powerfull, which shouldnt make a difference if the motor is in the lens. Maybe some more tweaks like the k20d good old istDS AF module doesnt seem to want to die

Not without additional glass changing the focal length of the lenses and resulting in loss of quality. APS-C and 135format (FF) share the same registration distance (distance between lens and sensor plane) so the lenses need to be at the same distance to enable proper focus.

I wonder if they're updating the limited lenses to an sdm type silent autofocus, that'd be great I don't dig the chunky whirls the lenses produce.

They introduced the new sdm only format on the 17-70mm I think so it could be feasible and I guess then there's enough of the screw-drive ones about for people with incompatible cameras... but they'd have to make it mighty small the ring type autofocus or micro motor focus... hmm...

Don't think there's room in the limited lenses for additional technology to be honest...
