on the dial is a symbol for videofunktion
device on the front could be(looks like) fa assist lamp
green button is on the rear side
extra button for lifeview funktion onn the rear side
SR button misses, like k-m
nothing else noticeable.....
hmm...there's now a dedicated Live View button on the rear, makes sense. so it seems like the third position on the on/off switch we've seen on the real camera goes back to just being optical DOF preview..
if that's the case then we can all finally dismiss the idea of any type of hybrid EVF/OVF as it doesn't have a display button to toggle it on or off. unless Live View is handled the same as the K20D and that Live View button is the EVF overlay button.....seems less and less likely as leaks come in.
i think we can all come back down to earth now and prepare for the K7(?) to simply be a compact, rugged, 14.6 mp APS-C camera that is up-to-date with HD video, 3"inch VGA screen, SR, and improved AF with AF assist.
the biggest headline feature besides its keeping up with the other brands' features and its small form factor will be a superlative 100% optical VF. let's prepare for this reality and hope Pentax will surprise us more with the VF but other than that, it's not the time traveling Square Format, FF, APS-H, hybrid E/OVF camera that it was at the beginning of this thread.
pretty exciting camera and a big step for Pentax regardless. hopefully it comes out soon to better escape the big hype that will inevitably surround Olympus' micro 4/3rds entry due the same time.
