This doesn't sound very good - I was hoping better IQ.

The question may be how much better can you expect something to be at ISO200. Tell me what is wrong with the K20D images that you would like corrected. We have yet to see any representative samples with production firmware at high ISO in low light, so there is no reason to get grumpy yet...

I could be wrong, but wasn't the initial MSRP of the nearly $200? I'd expect the actual price to be somewhat less.

"Endurance is more than 10 million shots." Says the Pentax Japan site of the shutter construction.

And composition assistance seems to be 1mm on every direction and 2 degree rotation with SR off. Lower figures with SR on.

To be specific: By "looked like from a K20D" I meant: Perfect IQ only limited by the lens.

I entered 10 million into my country converter for Japan and it told me "100,000". So, everything is consistent

But SR won't be on when using a tripod. Odd.

Yeah after my post I noticed some other numbers are weird too.
Looks more realistic now.

That was a joke

The Yen to Dollar conversion isn't expected to convert shutter activations too

Here's one thing I don't recall anyone bringing up. Is SR going to properly support TC's or MF zooms?

Probably. The Pentax 18-55mm AL II is ~$130 on ebay. That will most likely fall to under $800 when the WR kit comes out. Then again maybe not. tHE 50-200mm seems like a good deal...

Not correctly, no. If you use a TC with a 300mm lens, you get SR for 300mm, not the new FL. And with MF zooms (pre-A lenses), you can choose only one setting for all FL's. So yes you do get SR, just not the full benefits you could get.
