my apologies for derailing.

I'd be interested to see some real life tests of the k7+wr kit lenses (or DA*) and how weather resistant they actually are. Could do sort of a columbia sportswear(woo oregon) marketing campaign showing the product in various biomes.

Also, what types of seals are used? I'm wondering if you transition from dry desert to humid coast in a short amount of time if it would damage the seals.

reading the texts and comments I get the impression that the wr in the kit lenses is of a lesser type than that of the da* lenses?!

I want make a specuation about what the K-7 with have. I think it will have a square sensor :P

I heard the final production model will be APS-H and will have EVF and OVF as according to the patent, we will know in july when it hits stores

Yeah, Roland. Who is stupid enough to consider the "viewfinder" a feature ACTUALLY used for shooting? Screw the physical features, compare the mental...er...physiological...um...spiritual? What the hell are there besides physical features on a camera?
