Sorry to digress. I've been putting of buying a body for a whle now, my K10D is great but the K20D was so tempting, but now this little beast just sounds so much fun. This is seriously going to cut into my renewed LBA.

For me, the fun part is to imagine how my shots will look differently based on reported specs with the current line up lenses I have.

I would like to agree but the K-7 has a pretty small "lamp", I'm leaning towards the speculation that its a white balance feature.
