If it has two SDHC cards slots maybe they'll include an option for RAID 0 in the firmware.

Maybe I'm alone here, but I think if they were to use CF in the K-7 (which I highly highly doubt), it would be a step backwards. I think CF's days are numbered. New SD technologies are coming out fairly regularly that are closing the gap in speed/capacity/cost to CF, and eventually I just don't see any reason to hold on to a physically larger format.
You're not alone, we're at least two

Don't worry. It is SDHC, not CF.

Maybe the door is not big, but is the camera so small. But, I'll hope for dual SDHC.

I really hope they keep SD cards. To me SD cards are more convenient and smaller.

Can't wait for it to be released.

Thats a huge door for one SD card... IMO
Just a normal size door, slide out to spring open press and slide in to close. Only one SDcard. No XC.

I would be very pleased to see a switch to CF.
They are faster and have a larger capasity, not to mention easier to handle with gloves on.
An the SDXC is still not faster than the new CFast standard, so I am still all for CF cards, but i can live with SD, even though it means carrying two formats of cards with me.

Duplo, does your D3 works well with Pentax formated CFs? You could mix them in the hurry and loose some nice shots.
