strange... that camera does not have the strap lug like the teaser site shows. It has the eyehole type strap holder like the other KXXD/KXXD/*istD cameras. Also, the leaked pictures of the K7 also did not have any icons on the top LCD?

speculation begins........NOW!

From what I've seen of the new body, that's not it. It's missing the two square buttons between the display and the shutter. Maybe an older body like an *ist?

That's Pentax' first DSLR: the *ist D with the FA-J 18-35mm lens fitted (before the 18-55 even existed).

Cool. They have moved the green button closer to your trigger finger. All other controls seem to be logically located as well. And the viewfinder is definitely bigger. Can't wait!!

LOL. Nice joke. That is not the K-7. It is the venerable old *istD. The very first and good DSLR from Pentax. And the new Green button is on a much better position.
