Have these filters always been available in-camera:

Miniature • Foreground/Middle distance/Background Gives a mock-Tilt/Shift effect
Toy camera • Shading level 3 steps
• Blurring 3 steps
• Tone Break R/G/B
Retro • Toning 7 steps (Cyan/Sepia)
• Add frame - 4 steps
