K-7 Keep up to date [Email]

You know while the k-7 countdown was going you could sign up to a mailing list...

Well where's the emails telling me about the k-7..

Having been signed up to various pentax newsletters for about 2 years I don't think I've actually recived one email from them!!

Maybe they're waiting until it's ready to buy in late june/july

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that "sign up for more information" link. I've signed up for more pentax information on various things and have yet to receive any response.

Totally useless.

so pentax has no idea how to do spam. that's a good one (not surprising though). i kind of like that, it sort of agreas with me

Have to wait a while. K10D was announced on 14 September 2006, email from Pentax USA was dated 4 October.

They sold the email list to a spammer to help fund the K7 development and marketing. Considering the result of the new product, I'm ok with that

Got two email copies of the announcement from Pentax USA today. Eight days, not too bad. ;-)
