My K20 is clearly faster.
I just compared it to the sound in the video.
I think the guy had set the K20 to "low", instead of "high".
"Low" gives about the speed in the video.

The K7 is quite fast.
That's good, but I don't need this feature.

Sounds quiet

The k-7 sounds quite a bit more muted. About time they fixed that unbearable shutter SLAP that accompanies each picture with the k10/20.

Perhaps the camera was set to RAW? Can't the K-7 only get to 5.2 fps in jpeg?

It's 5.2 fps with jpg or RAW, you just can't take as many in a row if you're using RAW (14 RAW vs 40 jpg I think it is).
My K20's shutter is definitely quieter than my K10's was - but it's still reasurringly 'solid' sounding

All well and good when you're outdoors, but a real pain when photographing performances.

No joke. My friend and I got K100Ds at the same time. One of the first things he said was "Well I guess I won't be photographing any insects..."
