I don't know if you are right... if you've invested in non FF lenses as many of us have, it is no replacement for a K7, it would almost be like an additional system.

Second thought. Maybe not. The price differences will probably be too much, and full framer will be directed against a different segment of the market.

That finder isn't huge. The second image is distorted (vertical exaggregation); look at the dial; it is taller in the second image....:ugh:

If GX-30 is a sister model of K-7, it should be announced soon.
But if it is, as ogl claimed, a lesser model, likely a sister model of K200D replacement, then it would probably be announced around the same time as the Pentax K200D replacement, i.e. around fall.

There are a lot of rumors about announcement of GX-30 on July, 7.

I think it could be camera in body of GX-20 with new developed sensor for K-7 (5.2 fps and videо) with less features.

Has anyone seen the DXO reviews of the sensors? The panasonic versions always get higher grades than the pentax ones... Why??? Could it be that samsung is giving pentax somewhat "cripled" sensors? Remember those reviews are taken straight to the sensors with no lens taken on account...

I think you mean Samsung, not Panasonic Samsung probably puts more work into their firmware, which is different from Pentaxes.
