Be cautious with Abe's of Maine. I've heard many a bait-and-switch story with them.

i just got the 16-45 lens from them and the shipping was super fast and the guy called before the order whent out just to see if i needed anything else. "like the 67mm uv cover," i know he was trying to sell something else but he did not pressure me in to it. i said no thanks and he said ok, your lens will leave today and it did. i will buy from them again.

I have had buisness with abes of maine and its been terrific (bought flash diffuser+ batteries) . Also checked ratings and it seems they are a trusted site as well. Pricegrabber often refers to it and that ALWAYS means they are a trusted reseller.

I haven't dealt with them recently but I bought my first "real" camera, a Minolta x-570, circa 1984. I had no complaints at the time.
