one kross tuned to f/5.6, another to f/2.8

I do not want to have "SAMSUNG" written on my camera, but if those specificationas are true... It really is K-7 killer, it betters K-7 everywhere except size and weight.

I am most intersted in two things:

1) AF system. Looks like it is new, Samsung designed AF system. Could be major breakthrough. If Samsung makes AF system as good as competition, that alone would seal the deal for me.

2) Sensor. Is it the same as in K-7 or tweaked one? Will it be better in high ISO.

Let's wait for 7th of July...

Are these specs more than rumour?

It does look good, but somehow, I just can't see my self using a Samsung. Extra slots, faster sync, faster FPS looks good though.

It does seem that this describes an awful lot of stuff that has to take up space, considering the same dimensions as a 20..... Where's it all go? I don't think you could fit all that stuff in.

1. It won't. 2. Buy lenses with QSF if you're in such a rush. 3. Anything you buy will depreciate 30 to 40% the second you buy it, and something better will come out the next day for less money. 4. AF speed is only one parameter, with some other parameter, Pentax will beat the Samsung.

You can wait forever, waiting for the 'perfect' spec. or go out and learn how to use the tool you have to take some pictures.
