Adorama has been always great for me. B&H I have had too many issues with to count now and I have stoped dealing with them unless its in person.

I am always troubled by a customer's dissatisfaction. Your forum profile is pretty spare. Perhaps you'd care to remind me of your issue and I can see if it can be rectified.

It sure is nice to have folks directly involved with these major vendors. Prevents a lot of foolish talk from going unchecked.

I have purchased from both Adorama and B&H and find them both to be excellent. No issues whatsoever They are way more predictable than Amazon in my experience and customer service is first-rate.

I agree wholeheartedly. Both Henry (B&H) and Helen (Adorama) are top-notch customer service reps. Helen in particular has been very responsive and patient with me as I flooded her inbox when fearing that my K-7 got lost somewhere between the warehouse & UPS depot (it didn't).

That sort of service is what keeps many of us from searching out the "best deals" online (always a gamble). I'd rather pay an extra dollar or ten for the assurance that any problems will be dealt with reliably, quickly, and fairly.
