Pentax K-7 in Europe ?

Ah, by "we" I meant the shop I work in. I probably should have said that in my message, but they were all preordered anyways.

If you didn't get it on the first delivery from where you ordered yours, there's a second one coming to the supplier next week. I think that will cover all the preorders with some bodies to spare.

Yes, I did understand that. And still wondering who "we" are...

I ordered mine in May and I am a little bit disappointed that my local dealer get the "don't know" answer when they call Aaronsen the same day other dealers start delivery :-(

Heard that delivery was done in Belgium yesterday, i.e. the 15th as expected. However only body+18-55WR lens kits. No body only, no battery grips.

Since I ordered body only, I might have to wait a bit longer (unless they are willing to remove the lens from the box)... Don't want to have to buy a 18-55 that I will never use, too expensive for a body cap, and near impossible to sell on for a price corresponding to its real value (i.e. the price paid for it in the kit).

Looks as if the K20D will make it through another week-end...

Wim, I think you are wrong on this one. There are literally 1000's of people with K10D's and K20D's who would want to have a 18-55 WR because the only other option is buying a DA* 16-50. I think you can sell the lens instantly!

I think Wim is somewhat right in this. When I bought the K20D with kit 18-55 II it came in two boxes, one with K20D and one with DA18-55. Ofcourse it was the old one. There are numerous reports of stores including the old lens with the K20D adn I guess many of of buyers did not even notice (I onl;y noticed it at home!!) or even take action.

None of the kit carryig stoires I know have them already on their website. maybe body onlies being sold with and old stock of DA18-55

You may have a point. I see the price difference would be around EUR 100, which would seem a bit steep for a kitlens, but of course it is WR... I'll check first to see how long they expect before the body only boxes arrive and whether I can live with that... Unless someone now jumps up to pay me EUR 150 for the DA18-55WR... anyone?

I already have the 16-50.
Studio73 lowederd its prics to € 1099,00 which is hiher than the rabbit but that includes a lens cleaning kit and an 8 Gb SDHC
