Maybe Pentax could give her a 645D to test out.

She also seems to shoot Canon G9 according to the photos in PhilippeG's link, so perhaps she's more interested in the content than technology. Not that there's something wrong in a G9 as such, but I wonder if many people wanting to go pro use one.

Actually, look at her hands. That looks a lot more manageable than the original 6x7, anyway. (at least with the old style metered prism on there: that alone was kind of a brick.) For a 6x7 SLR, not bad.

I'm a little surprised at how big the camera isn't now that I'm used to the size of DSLRs (even many ASP-C bodies). I'd like to see it side-by-side with a Sony A900. Bigger, sure, but considering the difference in image plane size, not all that much bigger.

I don't think that 67ii is any smaller than my 6x7 & metered prism. She has the 90mm lens on there which is smallish for a medium format slr lens. She's not using the wooden handle which also makes it look a bit smaller. The real difference is in the weight of the 6x7, 67, & 67ii.

I remember she had an exhibition in 2005 showing photographs from her cell phone. I'm not sure, but I think it was a 2 mp phone camera. So yes, she seem to be more interested in the content. But then she goes shooting with a Pentax so she must have some kind of knowledge of high IQ as well.

Edit: It looks like here backup may be a g10.
Really. I had kind of figured on the II being pretty much the same sort of tank overall, maybe less in the way of clockwork in there. I'm starting to take an unrealistic liking to that newer version.

I don't mind larger cameras, myself, though there's a point where it gets pretty ungainly. It looks like that redesigned right side looks pretty good: I must have tried about every arrangement of the 6x7 and grips I could come up with, when I was shooting that, ...I found the big prism with the mechanical coupling to be just about past the edge of comfort, though manageable, ...and then I'd have to have strobe.

With the wooden grip and one of those knobby focus ring extenders, not bad, though, or just

I think I preferred some of the smaller lenses, anyway. It's been so long, (And I think I would sometimes have different lenses, depending on what I borrowed or rented) I can't remember. The 105 may have been my favorite, knowing me. Big ol' Takumar-lookin thing. (Well, big by my standards. Probably not by 67 lenses standards. )

After looking at the high res version, I could see the G9 on the Canon. The Weight on the 67 and 67ii with Prism ttl finder and no wooden handle is 1.76 KG and 1.66 KG respectively. The 90mm s-m-c lens is 610 g. Now I need to weigh my rig.
